Milton Historical Society Program Calendar

Clifton Fasch photography exhibit in the Historical Gallery of Milton Public Library (2nd floor). *Chimneys and Changes
— the evolution of the buildings which make up the Suffolk Resolves House, and stories of the people who lived in them.
April 15, 2012 (Sunday 1-3 p.m.)
Suffolk Resolves Open House, 1370 Canton Avenue, Milton in honor of Patriots Day. In 1774, delegates to the Suffolk County Convention came here to set the stage for Paul Revere's famous ride and the Battles of Lexington and Concord. This Family event will give kids a chance to become historians, as they examine records of the historic events — heard round the world — of April 1775.  Hands-on activities suitable for all ages.

Mass Memories Road Show: Current as well as former residents can help celebrate Milton's 350th anniversary by bringing up to 3 photos which will be scanned into a permanent digital historic record for Milton and Massachusetts.  Further details and photo form at http://massmemories.org
